Executive Escalations Specialist will be responsible for:
- Providing direct advice and guidance regarding escalated customer technical and legal issues.
- Monitoring and tracking issues to ensure satisfactory resolution.
- Establishing a single point of contact between the customer and Dell and track issues to ensure satisfactory resolution.
- Analyzing data on a daily basis in order to identify emerging escalation trends and to ensure treatment and update based.
- Reviewing and distribute pertinent cross-functional information.
- Providing feedbacks to stakeholders if needed to avoid redundancies in the future.
- Working on assignments that are complex in nature where good judgment and initiative taking are required.
Profil recherché
- A higher degree in IT/Computer Science.
- Fluency in the Dutch language.
- A previous work experience in Holland or Belgium would be a REAL plus.
